  1. We're supposed to believe that Julie legitimately lost to someone nobody ever heard of. This is all rigged, wake up people!

    1. She is a city council member. People have heard of her more than Thunder, even though it may not seem like it from their presence online.

  2. No toxic and bitter concession from Thunder yet?

    1. It's not over yet. There is still a chance Encinitas can be saved.

  3. The San Diego County Registrar of Voters' website says there are 11,000 projected outstanding ballots countywide. Lyndes is ahead of Thunder by 180 votes in D3. Her lead has shrunk as the count has progressed.

  4. Joy Lyndes who came from out of State, used a PR company to land her current appointed City Counsel position. So there’s no way she has the name recognition a long time Encinitas resident like Julie Thunder does.

  5. 3:29 I agree that it’s rigged. And there’s no way that all these outstanding ballots shouldn’t have been counted yet. It’s obviously so the powers that be can tweek the results to what they want.

But what do we do about it? No one seems to know

  6. How do we find out if our ballot is among the ones that have been counted?

  7. In person, ID required and no electronic voting is the only way we will ever see another fair election.

  8. I'm a tool and this site is lame.

  9. Thunder and her typical Republican fans claiming a rigged election.

Isn’t it possible that the district doesn’t want a disingenuous Republican as their representative?
